PROS

1) THE Property Taxes are lower than say.....Florida! :-)

2)THERE ARE NO SHARKS( except for some of my competitors in Real Estate) and our Hurricanes are nothing compared to other places...

3)Milder temperatures and occassionally...snow! WE have the Fall Leaves which are gorgeous!!!

4)Not as much traffic...

5)You get more house/land for your Money.....

Cons

1)If you talk about someone behind their back...more than likely...the person you are talking to is their cousin or good friend..

2)You will probably get lost at some point because the road signs always end up missing..Ask a local for directions- DON'T USE MAPQUEST!!!!!

3) Some of the roads can be steep...yes- you ARE in the Mountains!

4)There REALLY are Bears..

5)Don't let someone talk you into going snipe hunting...

6)If you don't see many cars at a restaurant- DON'T EAT THERE!!!

7)Not good cell phone reception
