| Foreclosure Properties-Purchasers who are buying Foreclosed properites through the local banks are not neccessarily getting the best deals in the North Georgia Area. Because of the Foreclosure Frenzy that we have going on right now , the banks are not being as negotiable on the pricing. The bail out to the banks is also giving some banks the feeling of security they needed to not take lower offers on properties. Folks are purchasing(from the bank) thinking they are getting a good deal from the bank when it is not a good deal. Nominated for Businesswoman of the year 2004, Honorary chairman award 2004, 3 months in Mozambique/South Africa , took toys, clothing to the war devastated children of Mozambique, spent a month in Moralia, Mexico working with the children also.
